Caution:
- Coupling loss is generated when utilizing interconnector.
Coupling loss varies by excitation of the transmitter, size of the PD, and position of coupling. Please confirm the optical link specification.
In case of the specification is not clear, count coupling loss as 3dB.
- Transmission distance is shorten when utilizing interconnector because of the coupling loss.
Transmission loss varies by optical links. Please ask optical link manufacturer or device manufacturer.
For your information, transmission distance is generally shorten 10m per one interconnection.
